Currently serving as the Director of Critical Care Services at Sutter Santa Rosa Community Hospital, Philip provides strategic oversight to Emergency Services, ICU, Respiratory Therapy, and other critical departments. He is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of implementing effective policies, optimizing patient care systems, and leading large, diverse teams toward continuous improvement.
Philip’s expertise spans across managing complex healthcare operations, coordinating emergency preparedness, and driving performance improvement.
