Currently serving as the Director of Critical Care Services at Sutter Santa Rosa Community Hospital, Philip provides strategic oversight to Emergency Services, ICU, Respiratory Therapy, and other critical departments. He is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of implementing effective policies, optimizing patient care systems, and leading large, diverse teams toward continuous improvement.

Philip’s expertise spans across managing complex healthcare operations, coordinating emergency preparedness, and driving performance improvement. His leadership in both clinical and administrative roles has resulted in measurable outcomes, such as improved patient satisfaction scores, reduced reliance on temporary staffing, and enhanced operational efficiencies. He has successfully led multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality care standards while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
