Jane Carpenter was born and raised in Sonoma County, attending Montgomery High School and then Santa Rosa Junior College. She graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College with her Nursing Degree in 2013. Since then, Jane has gone on to get her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Sonoma State University and a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Capella University.

Jane started as a volunteer at Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital in the Emergency Department in 2012, and followed that with a job as a Nurse in the Emergency Department. She recently helped pilot a new program at Sutter Santa Rosa to better identify survivors of trafficking.

When she is not working, you can find Jane weightlifting, hiking and traveling. She loves exploring areas near and far!
