Empowering Communities, Fostering Awareness

At Verity, we recognize the transformative power of education in preventing sexual violence.

Our Prevention Education Program is a dynamic initiative dedicated to fostering knowledge, awareness, and healthy relationship dynamics across Sonoma County communities. Through engaging presentations and outreach efforts, we aim to dismantle the root causes of sexual violence and create a safer, more informed community.

Objectives and Approach

Our community-wide education initiatives are rooted in challenging and changing the norms that perpetuate sexual violence. By creating safe spaces to have open conversations, dispelling myths, and instilling knowledge about healthy relationships, safe and unsafe touches, consent, and other key topics, we actively contribute to preventing future harm. Verity's professional facilitators are adept at tailoring presentations to diverse audiences of all ages including schools, businesses, agencies, medical centers, and service providers.
