Our Practitioners

Camila Castillo is a Breathwork Specialist who has created and taught Breathwork Healing techniques to thousands of people in over 25 countries. Breathwork Healing is used to reset the nervous system, restore optimum energy levels, release and heal trauma, and provide tangible tools for overcoming stress, anxiety, PTSD, trauma related to sexual abuse and human trafficking, and addiction. Her holistic approach to wellness is delivered through classes that are interactive, engaging, and based in self-care. Since April 1, 2019, between VOICES Sonoma, Athena House, the Human Trafficking Support group and individual client sessions, a total of 388 people have received Camila’s services as one of Verity’s Wellness and Healing Practitioners.

Nichole Turnbloom, Certified Yoga Therapist, C-IAYT,  500RYT, is a dedicated, warm and dynamic practitioner  who combines conscious movement, breath, mindfulness and meditation, individually tailored towards the needs and goals of each person. Yoga therapy is an ancient, holistic approach to healing and restoration of the whole person in mind, body and spirit. At its core is love, self-care, self-empowerment, self-discovery and freedom. It is in essence, creating the condition in which we can recognize where we are, appreciate what we have and move forward with confidence and resilience. Nichole has designed workshops, provided training and worked with a variety of populations including Veterans, PTSD, pre/post natal, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, cancer, abuse, addiction, hip, back and shoulder pain. Through Verity, she has provided group classes at WRS,The Living Room, The Rose and Manna House. Since Covid-19 her focus has shifted to create videos for Youtube while continuing to provide individual sessions with clients. A total of 257 people have received Nichole’s services as one of Verity’s Wellness and Healing Practitioners.
